Over the course of the last couple of years, I became a landlord possessing my parent's home. This was a challenging time for me and my family. I found myself in the unique position of upgrading the home and preparing it for possible tenants. I hired 4J's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to upgrade the toilets and faucets, repipe the drains underneath the house, replace the shower valves in the walls in two bathrooms, replace the water heater and the garbage disposal. 4J's Plumbing was efficient, very knowledgeable, affordable, and most importantly kept a clean work area.
